Go to dentist: Hard to say what's going on. How long have you had the pain? Any fever? Bleeding gums? Best to see dentist as soon as possible. Keep brushing and flossing. If fever, increasing pain get seen today.

Re-evaluation: The tooth needs to be re-evaluated. You should address your concerns to the dentist who completed the root canal. If it hurts, something is amiss.
