I am 24 years old, but keep suffering from throbbing pains in my lower legs. i have never experienced this in my life until now. my level of general activity (walking) is unchanged from how it was in the past?

Your symptom description is relatively vague so it is difficult to offer an appropriate response. I would suggest taking OTC analgesic(s) for a day or two and pay attention to the area whether any skin change such as redness, swelling, tender to touch, etc. Examination is required if pain persists after 48 hours. Take care!
