Im 6 weeks will they have to remove fallopian tube if i have ectopic pregnancy?

Depends: It depends. There are several ways to treat an unruptured ectopic these days including removal of the tube, opening the tube and removing just the pregnancy, or medical treatment. Where the pregnancy is in the tube and whether it has ruptured make a difference in the choice of treatment. Good luck.
