How good are my chances of pregnancy with 1 healthy fallopian tube as i just removed my right tube now after an ectopic and when i can start trying ?

One tube+ovary=PG: Pregnancy can still occur with one Fallopian tube and one ovary in good working condition. However, ectopic pregnancy has a 10% greater chance to occur in the remaining tube with the next pregnancy.
