Tore my Achilles tendon end of Sept. Between a 2 -3 on the scale. Severe charlie horses first 10 days, swelling in calf, brusing, swelling in ankle. So I'm out about 2 months. Walking gate is close to normal. What exercises should I be doing ?
Lower right leg strain, could be achilles or lower calf but has been for 4-5 days. Stretching, icing , and walking but not sure its improving - i am active, andwould really like to run soon. Maybe poor sleep position as this just kind of appeared?

In 1998 I had a biomalleolar. In May 2017 I had a calcium deposit removed from the middle in between both joints. Almost a year later my Achilles tendon is popping, hurting swelling can't walk for long periods sometimes I feel pain going up my calf.
