Go to your regular doctor and explain your symptoms. They are consistent with sciatica causes from the nerves getting pinched in your back. Your doctor will likely order an mri. This will help diagnose it definitively and then you can narrow down your treatment options.

You have experienced some of the classic symptoms secondary to sciatica, and this does indeed need to be confirmed, and a treatment pathway developed. Often spine surgeons or physiatrists can help greatly. Surgery is not always the best choice, as physical therapy and exercise may be highly successful. But first, uncover the cause.
