May I Pressure You?: That's a sensitive area. How hard the hit? Black out? Feel nauseous at other times? Vision OK? Dizzy? If it's just sensitive to touch maybe you are OK, but that sinus pressure is a bit weird. Better be safe and get yourself examined by a doctor familiar with trauma (like an ER doctor)
