Every night i get weird head pressure when the sun goes down. i have anxiety and recovering from labyrinthitis. is this just anxiety or maybe sinuses?

See your doctor : Certainly possible these symptoms could be related to anxiety, but attending to any infection as soon as possible is essential especially with sinuses which are near brain. I would suggest seeing your doctor as he may want to do sinus X-ray and other tests. Hope that helps. Thank you for using Healthtap
