Yes: This is appropriate medical treatment for sinusitis if it is a bacterial infection. When you say possible sinusitis, it is only a medical impression. There are other causes of pressure in the head. The gold standard is a cat scan of the sinuses. If you are not significantly better in 7-10 days, visit your ENT doctor again.
