Why is it every time my sinuses get cloged my ear hurts and when i cough the back of my head hurts? What can I do to alliveate the ear pain/pressure?
I have a lot of pressure in both my cheek bones and occasionally side of my head but I don't have a runny nose or clogged nostrils. Could it be sinuse?
