Im having a pressure sensation on a small part of the right side of the top of my head. not painful. my sinuses are backed up, could it be the cause?

Headache: It could be a sinus headache. Try some sudafed and some afrin (oxymetazoline) for only a couple of days. You can get addicted to the afrin (oxymetazoline) if you use it for more than three days. You may have allergies as well. Try an over the counter antihistimine like claritin. Good luck.
