Hard choice: If it controls your lupus that makes it a difficult choice. Lupus itself can cause hair loss, but on the other hand if placqunil works it is an excellent choice. You and your doctor need to discuss how bad it is, what other choice is available.because other than stopping it there is no other treatment for hair loss due to placquenil. Some reports say the hair loss stops and reverses but no studies
