Gp said plantar fasciitis, but i've no heel pain, and it doesnt hurt first thing in the morning. foot arch hurts, lateral side of feet starts hurting?

Plantar fasciitis: Plantar fasciitis is typically plantar heel pain normally first step out of bed in morning or getting up from rest. Pain in the arch can often be posterior tibial tendinitis. Pain on the outside of the ankle and foot could relate to the perineal tendons.
