Lots of things!!: Start a specific "sleep time" routine. Make your bedroom a "sleeping only" area (do not read, watch TV, etc.). Avoid any alcohol and long-term use of sleep aids. Take a warm bath to relax prior to going to bed. Consider starting an exercise program or using other aids (electric blanket, earplugs, or an eye mask...) Avoid caffeine. Avoid "screen time" too close to bedtime. Try melatonin. Take Care

Insomnia: Hi, the best thing is sleep hygiene, the bedroom is just for sleep and sex, don't spend all the day in ur bed playing with ur laptop and phone, if you cannot sleep, don't toss and turn, leave the bed, go to the living room and read a book or watch a calming program on TV, go back to be when u feel very sleepy, if you have worry thought bring them on the paper, write about them for 20-30 minutes,
