Natural brain care: Sleep deprivation can cause sleep paralysis. Some suggestions for brain health: sleep hygiene = 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night, the same time to bed and to rise each day. Aerobic exercise at least 3 days/week, 30 minutes per session. Smoking cessation. Adequate hydration, at least 64 ounces of water each day. Moderate caffeine intake. Stress reduction. Good luck!
