Sumatriptan effects: Side effects of sumatriptan can include cardiac events: decreased bloodflow to the heart-- heart attack, chest pain, abnormal rhythms, high blood pressure, stroke, decreased bloodflow to intestines or extremities, blindness, seizures, anaphylaxis, serotonin syndrome, or milder symptoms like dizziness, fatigue, flushing, weakness, tingling, tight chest, jaw pain, neck pain. Many can take it though!
