Triggers: Many people find that there are certain things that trigger their migraines. Try to keep a diary of when they occur and what you ate or did prior to the headache.

Imitrex (sumatriptan): Imitrex (sumatriptan) is migraine specific but can be nauseating. Try to switch to another triptan or take a anti nausea medication. Fioricet often causes rebound headache, and as a headache specialist I do not recommend it.
