A member asked:

My iron saturation is 56percent.ive been told its too high.what causes this? can i do anything diet wise to help?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Iron: It could be related to eating too much iron but can also be related to a condition called hemochromatosis. For this diagnosis you'll have to be tested. My best recommendation is to have a hematologist evalute you.
