A member asked:

Can i get a growth spurt at age 17? and how would i know besides getting taller?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Growth is pre-programmed into your genes and while some males are done growing at 17 some will continue into their early 20's. A single x-ray of your wrist and hand can be assessed for open growth centers, which would correlate with more growth, while closing or fused growth centers would mean you are done.
