Evaluation: It would be important to find out what is causing the pain. Is it the trigeminal nerve or muscle spasm in the jaw / SCM? Do you have a fever or a sinus infection? Are there nerves irritated in the scalp?

Need evaluation: Before you start trying different pain remedies, you need to visit ur MD and have your pain evaluated, if it is new, so that the etiology of ur symptoms can be determined & proper medical treatment (including but not necessarily limited to pain management) can be provided! Call ur MDs office ASAP & feel better!
