I'ce, rest, exercise: While Tylenol (acetaminophen) can treat pain, it does not treat inflammation. NSAIDs can but you say you are allergic. Fort try ice and rest and cuff and shoulder exercises. If no response consider getting evaluated by a musculoskeletal specialist who might consider a steroid shot
