Are veggies chips healthy to eat ?

Depends: If veggie chips are baked and low sodium then they would be healthier than standard fried and salted potato chips. If the veggie chips are heavily salted and deep fat fried then they would be about the same as potato chips, not that healthy.

They're still chips: While veggie chips may imply that they're more healthy than regular chips, it's really about the veggies as opposed to a potato. A perusal of the nutrition facts label reveals that they have similar fat and sodium contents to regular chips. Not much healthier, just different.
