Healthy Diet: The most healthy diet contains 7-9 servings of fruits and vegetables, 1-1.5 grams of protein per Kg of body weight, and fats mostly from vegetable sources. If your are trying to lose fat, limit carbs to less than 100 grams daily. Limit refined sugar as much as possible. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
