Incomplete Digestion: It is not normal to have undigested food in your stool. You are not breaking foods down enough to absorb nutrients. There can be a wide variety of reasons for this to happen but if it occurs regularly you should see a holistic practitioner to have nutrient status and functional gut testing done.

Try steaming: Try steaming the carrots and other raw veggies, because it may help with absorption. If you see it in the stool- you know its not being entirely absorbed.
