It is important for : you to discuss this with your OB, as prenatal depression can keep you from taking care of yourself & your fetus. It can impair your bonding with your newborn & vice-versa. Also, it places you at high risk for post-Partum depression, which will negatively impact your baby's development. 14-23% of women experience prenatal depression. No one will judge you. Please ask for professional help.
