Zoloft (sertraline) most studied: Risks include: spontaneous abortion, preecplampsia, congential cardiac septal defects, endocrine disturbance in the newborn, poor neurodevel outcomes, resp distress in newborn, preterm delivery, low birth weight, small for gestational age. Risk of failure to treat : spontan abort, preterm delivery, low birth weight, suicide, dev delay, behav problems, poor maternal health. Zoloft (sertraline) most oft used.
