Suffer really badly with depression/anxiety in pregnancy, i'm crying really hard a couple of times weekly. is this crying bad for the baby?

Get help.: The crying itself is not necessarily bad for the baby, but the depression/anxiety is bad for you and your loved ones. You need to get professional help to deal with this. Make a concerted effort to find something good in yourself and the people around you. Don't take on too much, allow others to help you with chores and concentrate on loving yourself and your baby. Hope that helps.

Yes: severe anxiety and depression result from changes in your internal circulating neurotransmitters that also affect the baby. Please seek relaxation techniques, calmer environment and counseling
