Pills & pregnancy: If pregnant you would not want to be on birth control pills. Effects of medicines for depression & anxiety on pregnancy, depend on the medicines. This is a risk to benefit discussion to have with your psychiatrist & ob. Many antidepressants are relatively safe, esp.
