Gee, didn't know: they occurred in 1-2% of women ?!? They are found by accident on radiological studies of the fallopian tubes commonly. By definition if the tubes are open, they are not going to do anything. http://radiopaedia.org/articles/fallopian-tube-polyp never heard of them ever doing anything.

See GYN: When polyps develop near the fallopian tubes, they may lead to difficulty in becoming pregnant. Although treatments such as hysteroscopy usually cure the polyp concerned, recurrence of endometrial polyps is frequent. Untreated, small polyps may regress on their own. See your GYN for your concerns.
