If i get pregnant with a 1cm uterine polyp. i don't want surgery. will it grow to be really big during pregnancy ?

Shouldnt grow: Pregnancy should not cause a polyp to grow. However, it could get in the way of implantation if you conceive. Also, it could bleed while you are pregnant.
