Yes & yes: You pretty much know the answers. An increase in size of course makes them more noticeable. Bleeding makes them more noticeable, otherwise, why would you look? They do tend to extrude more in pregnancy because of the above & also because the cervix softens, slightly opens, making it easier for polyps to be seen. It was probably always there, now it's bigger, badder & causing trouble, still ok.
