Can pregnancy get rid of a 1.1 cm endometrial polyp with all the hormones? i had a uncomplicated pregnancy and my baby is now two mths old.

No: Just the opposite can occur as the high hormones of pregnancy can increase the growth of an endometrial polyp.

Some resolve : Some endometrial polyps resolve on their own. The pregnancy would not be what caused it to resolve.
