Yes: Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, skin rash, swelling, hives, difficulty breathing, light sensitivity, blood disorders, difficulty swallowing, headache, vaginal yeast infections, loss of appetite, rectal or genital itching are all side effects of Doryx (doxycycline).
