So i stopped taking doxycycline hyclate due to developing certain symptoms such as decreased appetite, pain slightly above my belly button, stomach pain for diarrhea which turned my stool black and i have constipation should i be worried?

Make sure your doctor knows about these symptoms. In addition to considering the cause or seriousness of your symptoms, you might need to complete treatment with another antibiotic for whatever infection was being treated with the doxycycline. Good luck.
