Yes: You may be killing some of the probiotic (bioflor) with the Ofloxacin, but your clinician is trying to kill off the bad bugs and yet give you some good ones to repopulate your gut. Keep taking the bioflor after you finish the Ofloxacin.

Diarrhea : Based on the countries you traveled to and the food habits the cause of diarrhea can be variable. A stool study done by notifying the lab to look for certain pathogens may be the best option. A certain stool test can determine if there is inflammation (lactoferin). Emperic abx may not always help and may not be needed. Best of luck
