A member asked:

Can stretching my spine at age 16 help lengthen my spine and make me taller?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Sorry, but spine length has little to do with your final height. The most important factor is genetics, so your parents' heights are very important. Males generally stop growing around age 23-25, so you may have some time left. Hope this helps!
