No: Not really your height may change daily a few mm drop as the day goes on . Height changes by chiro may be as minimal as this if at all. Your height is taller in the AM and lower as the day goes on but in these very minimal mm changes.

Temporary if any: Any transient lengthening you achieve though any maneuver will disappear after you stand up and gravity takes over.
