High Pressure in PA: Your pulmonary artery (PA) likely has elevated pressures as a result of the PE. The presence of the PE created a partial obstruction to blood flow and back pressure resulted, dilating RV and creating trace Tricuspid Regurge. The RV and Tricuspid Valve can normalize over time. Pulmonary arteriole vasodilator therapies exist, like tadalafil or sidenafil. You may not really require these. f/up w doc

Expected.: The dilated right ventricle is expected. The trace tricuspid regurgitation is not something to worry about. As the blood clot clears the right ventricular strain should improve. You need to follow doctors advice regarding blood thinners. If your health is good in general then you probably have little to worry over. Best wishes.
