The TR and mitral regurgitation should be followed. The presence of mild enlargement of the left ventricle may be related to reduction in cardiac output. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and dizziness. Please discuss the results with your Cardiologist. Why was the study performed? additional information would be helpful.
