Needs specialists: With the description of the problems given input from genetics , endocrinologist and nutritional services would be helpful, all the underlying problems need to be addressed, may benefit from tube feedings or feeding through G- tube , high calorie nutritional supplement will help.

Concerning: ASD closed in April, no weight gain by end of June, Child's nutrition regimen needs to be evaluated by local doctors on several avenues...1. Caloric intake...enough to grow? 2. Feeding method--Is it designed to accommodate the cleft without causing respiratory distress? 3. Does the child tire out on feedings. 4. Thyroxine dosing may need to be addressed.
