CHF: is often BI-VENTRICULAR , that is in both the RIGHT and LEFT "PUMPING CHAMBERS" of your heart..Ask your Cardiologist to explain..There are specific heart disorders which cause BI-VENTRICULAR failure. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
