six years ago i was diagnosed with chf. my heart function is now stable. recently i had an echo which showed a dilated right ventricle. does this mean?

CHF: is often BI-VENTRICULAR , that is in both the RIGHT and LEFT "PUMPING CHAMBERS" of your heart..Ask your Cardiologist to explain..There are specific heart disorders which cause BI-VENTRICULAR failure. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
