This means you don't have the rather rare noncompaction cardiomyopathy. I'm unclear as to whether impaired longitudinal strain with diastolic dysfunction is present on this study. I have more experience with echocardiography in these matters. Your cardiologist will explain the findings best and can correlate them with your history & physical findings.
