Genetics: Your final height is determined by your genes. They only time your diet plays a part of vertical growth is in cases of malnutrition kids may have growth stunting due to lack of nutrition. There are no exercises that can increase your height. At the age of 19 yrs your growth plates are likely to be completely fused and so reached your maximum height.

Myth: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends ; your bone maturity is that of an adult there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity. If >18, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 15 yr you might grow an additional couple of inches.Stretches and exercise will do nothing, but you are welcome to try.
