A member asked:

Im 18 years old. is it possible for me to grow taller ? are there any medical exercises to increase height?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Growth in anyone is dependent on open growth centers within the bones. These close in most females between 15-17 & 16-18 in males. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can be examined for open growth centers. If open, you may grow more, closed=no. There are no exercises, stretches, diets, etc. that increase height beyond your genetic level.
