Height: Height depends on the average family height (parents height). Around 17 years further increase in height in unlikely. Eating certain foods will not help you gain height. Eat healthy.

Probably can't: At your age, you are unlikely to grow much more, and diet isn't going to impact it. 5'8" is fine; jet li and tom cruise aren't complaining. Shorter men are reported to age more slowly and live a bit longer. Because you're a man, you can look good simply by being physically fit; a trim, defined man of any height looks & feels better than a tall couch potato. Enjoy who you are.
