Support: Its important to have a physician look at your ankle esp if you're a runner because it can be anything from a sprain, pinched nerve, inflammation, etc. Make sure your running stride is less traumatic. Make sure you have good running shoes. Often its a combination of factors for ankle pain esp if you're a runner. Also important to stretch after each run and hydrate.
