Monosaturated fats : are good for you and provide energy for the body, and well digested like avocados, nuts, certain oils. Check with your doctor first to rule out allergies, do fasting sugar, and check cholesterol levels, even though dietary sources do not cause problems. One's liver needs to be able to manufacture it, as it's the building block of all hormones and steroids used in the body.
