Spicy and fried: Spicy, greasy, and fried foods can more likely bring on a gallbladder attack. Still, any food can precipitate a gallbladder attack.

Gallbladder diet: Low fat is better, avoid fried foods, the above is ok but drink lots of water, and if you are having gb attacks, get an opinion from a general surgeon, they specialize in gb problems.
