See doctor: That is a pretty big swelling. It could be a hernia or a lipoma but best to see your doctor for a physical exam to make sure.

Lipoma: A lipoma which is a fatty tumor (benign) may be what you are feeling. It is harmless but let your doctor have a look at it.
