Hi, i am having internal movements in the upper left hand side of my abdomen below the ribcage. not painful just feels odd just started today does this sound serious?

LUQ: Vague mild sensations in the left upper abdomen may be from irritable abdominal.muscles or superficial abdominal nerves or peristaltic intestinal movement or even gas bubbles in the splenic flexure of the colon. All of these are usually not serious. Worrisome symptoms would be pain, tenderness, bowel disturbances,blood in stool in which case you'll see a physician for evaluation.
